I talked to Renmark this morning and they said that they were not aware of anything new or negative. They indicated WOF was merely trying to keep everyone up-to-date and let us know that the consultant's report had just arrived so that an extension was needed for IMC to review it. They just said it really poorly.

My personal guess was that Brian was angry that the consultant's report took so long and arrived so late that he had to grant an extension. I think the NR's purpose was just to let us know that it wasn't his fault for the delay, it was the bleeding consultant!

Unfortunately, he should have hired a consultant to write the NR!
