The AGM handbook

The AGM handbook

Important questions to ask at AGM (1): When the new resource estimate and feasibility study is coming out, (2) How much cash they have left, (3) Likeliness of a PP, and (4) How far-long are discussions with buyers, and if, anything is holding up the deal.

Who to ask?? By jove, forget about the communications guy, go to the highest ranking officer in the room. At the AGM you have that luxury, use it! After the presentation, you can walk up to Chet or whoever and have a casual convo. That's how it works. In this way I've personally had long convos with Ari Sussman a few times (CNL, CSI).
