all your points have merit. That said management must now prove they can manage under crisis conditions. It's easy to run a company when everything is going your way but the best managers & BOD's come to the forefront in trying times.

I must admit with the increase in the POG today AVR hasn't demonstrated much upward movement which is troubling.

Yes, the first & foremost priority is to get the mill finished & running. This is where management must demonstrate their ability to think outside the box & find a solution IMO.
