...probably not any recourse by investors left, except as a write-off. Filing as a creditor in the event of a BK scenario would get you zip. BK Trustee could possibly force the sale of the entire tract, which would have be accomplished first, and any investor payout, if approved by the Trustee, would be last in line behind any other creditors. Given the ASC halts and sanctions, an argument might be presented for an investor judgement of some sort.
