what the ____ are you talking about ??? stock dilution????? there is only 52K shares outstanding which is what make this so attractive . The poor performance here has only to do with what is happening to ALL venture exchange stocks . When ths comes back to life it is going to move very fast northward . No smart money is selling here , and this is moving down on very low volume . Have a look at the OBV for this one to get a better picture  = big $$ buying in and little $ money selling out . GLTA
