love a short squeeze

love a short squeeze

What is interesting about the pundits of Wall Street is that because of the money in the bank, they think they are in the position to pontificate on every issue concerning the Universe, and even have duped themselves as "Masters of the Universe" as if the accumulation of wealth has anything to do with intelligence or wisdom. Case in point their prophesies about the Euro, the Eurozone and its future they utter almost everyday. A day does not go by without some guru of the Street coming out foretelling the future of Europe and the Europeans. So with all these prophets of doom and gloom parading one after the other, there is no wonder why all these hedge funds have built short positions and when good news comes out of Europe, they run for the exits. Today's rally was the biggest short squeeze since  2008 according to the same pundits of Wall Street. Myself, I love a short squeeze rally, not for any other reason, but for the fact that these arrogant crooks get a dose of reallity they won't easily forget. Being an ahistorical bunch of idiiots, they have not got a clue what is going on in the mind of a European., These people over there have gone through iron and fire for centuries and they have forged a better sense of survival together rather than tear themselves apart for the buck like wolves. They may be slow to act and set up the proper institutions and mechanisms to deal with the bebt crisis and the complex problems they face. They have the will and the historical knowledge not to repeat the mistakes of the past. So when I see a short squeeze of  the pundits of Wall Street I get a kick out ot it.
