Professor and Smither, I thank you both, those were too very good posts. I see so much mud slingging on other boards, its good to see rational input like I seen you two make. I have just grabbed another 37k over the two days, I wish I had the nerve to go against the wife and grab more. hahah. I`m in for almost 400k now. I see a good retirment, she sees me going back to work .Sure hope I`m right!!, if I`m not, then I really don`t know how to due my dd and I should quit trying. I really believe we will all be much happier next week. Have a good weekend longs. Rick
