Even at 10:1 they still will not qualify. Got to have one year worth of revenue and then some.TSX is the only way to go, no min share price but it does require a sponsorship.Companies forcasting profitablity get a break if they can prove thier potential and solid bussiness plan.
Now having said that this is coming out of a memory that is quickly becoming an antique.
