I remember this play almost 20 years ago..Had three or four consolidations...IWA I think was the start......Seems like one to avoid imo........I believe there would be 3 billion shares now if you go back and do the math on consolidations.Original investors here would be devasted.In the past tended to be a lot of selling of shares by insiders and wives not sure about BGM but I dont buy Callaghan stocks.
