IVAN Mgmt says SP drop not because of news

My guess is that a fund got fed up waiting for news and dumped their whole position at the quarter-end. Seems it was just RBC doing the selling, so I think it's fair to speculate it was really just one big seller. With the broader market way up on Friday, it was a good day to do it probably with a neglible impact on their NAV. I'm sure we can figure out which fund did the selling when a 13-G gets issued.
