Endgame is sooner than you think. If the feasibility study comes in mediocre (Tetra Tech is willing to be tough: they just announced subeconomic feasibility study values for Selwyn Resources' zinc project, even though the 2007 PEA was positive) then the 275K rent payment due in December probably won't be paid.  Roche Bay plc takes over as operator in case AXI defaults.
