The best way in which to keep something confidential is to not mention it at all ... unless required by law. Not to try and second guess Fraser Mac but maybe they are trying to push some buttons and get a response or more clarity as to the size of the deals.

Without details it's impossible to estimate. Will there be increased guidance. If increasing the guidance jeopardizes the confidentiality of the agreements I'd say no. But considering we don't know who the agreements are with then it's a distinct possibility we will be given some numbers through guidance increase although hard to attribute to any one or two deals. Seeing as revenues could be lump some mixed percentages from any previous deals thrown in how can one really know.
