kaos your views are all over the place - chaos sums it up.

You complain about shareholder value then say if they get it to a buck they deserve squat!

This is what makes options good - it gives management incentive to perform. A bonus in the form of options is a win-win-win. Win for the company (raises cash), win for management (they only make money by growing the company) and win for shareholders (if management succeed). And if management fail no-one loses BECAUSE of the options - they simply expire worthless (as happens to most juniors).

As a shareholder it is what you want to see - management incentivised to grow the share price. The problem with juniors is that most management get paid over the top salaries whether they perform or not. This is where you should complain.

My view is to cut salaries to bare minimum and give them tons of options - if the shareprice goes to a buck they become stinking rich - but then so do shareholders! And that's what it is about, right?
