You really need to stop watching stocks every SECOND of every trading day.  If you're not selling, what does it matter what the stock is doing.

 

The company is profitable, good netbacks.... not going BK, who the hell cares what it does here.   Follow up on quarterly reports or general news related to the company, but watching the stock price is ABSOLUTELY pointless if you are not selling/buying.  You will end up becoming over emotional and ruin your trade..... or let the stock price consume your time and cause stress!
