i concur that overall he has added value to my assessment of the situation and has enabled me to make what will amount to millions of additional dollars in my lifetime, i'm sad to see that it appears that at least going by what he says that he has found the opportunity, diagnosed it, and is stepping over it instead of picking it up because he perceives that it is going to get tossed into the garbage bin, much like a book of yellow pages.

also, my perception of status quo includes a conversion of the a's and the b's... and i think that that is the status quo because that conversion is simply using the existing terms and agreements.

anything outside the status quo would involve some sort of negotiation and new terms... looks at the bank and their lines of credit... says "hello nurse!"

and then signals that it is time.
