come on now, this is a turnaround and these CA's have impeccable track records. google management and their past careers and you may find a record for some of management in their past rapidly rising ascension to the top of this 24M dollar behomoth on the TSX. they are at or near all time lows besause the market just does not understand the value they bring as they have been correcting the errors of past management for the past 30 months so finally this turnaround can happen. the restatements, ABCP errors since 2007and GIS aquisition may be from the past CFO who lead and signed off on them and may have nothing to do with the current incredibly talented and charismatic business leaders.

they have not rid themselves of the non-yes-men and past founders and builders and manipulated their way to where they are and surrounded themselves with yes-people, while giving themselves tons of stock options and corner offices with large salaries and contracts with large severence payments and bonuses and then insulated themselves from their working folks. they are great leaders and motivators and builders and very respected in the telematics community and have chosen there path wisely with great focus on ebitda at the cost of growth markets and possible exit strategies. their next move just may be their most stunning of all and management may be using its vast global business contacts and may be  working on a massive deal that will realise the telematics everywhere vision.

huge buying opportunity here and looking forward to 27 cents. all in my opinion and insert forward looking statement here.
