What am I missing???

What am I missing???

Why is there all of a sudden a disparity between the US:IVN trading @ $10.28 +1.78% today and the CND:IVN trading at $9.99 -2.35%?

 

Its the same company, and shouldnt the CND be trading at a few % higher as the CND dollar is subpar at present by about  .987 US??

Shouldnt we be closer to $10.40-50 than $10?

 

I noticed the change yesterday thinking it would correct itself, but today its continueing
