Blackbird's MD&A is on Sedar. In it they cite the road restrictions holding up the well completion. Nothing further than that.

I'm not familiar with the area but just looking at ongoing as well as new road bans (google Alberta road restrictions) it could very well be that they haven't made any progress -  hence nothing to update us on.
