REAL gold mines have positive cashflow.  Baldock leaving after operating cashflow is positive is a complete joke, if you can't covering operating and capital costs (which are immense in the mining business), you have a problem.  I am waiting to see if this problem is resolved - even though they said in 2010 newsrelease they were producing 150,000 oz per year.  Otherwise, it will be more dilution and taking on more debt that can't be repaid.
