You realize Joe is just the IR guy, right?? He is just one of many IR guys that have come and gone. He is Ken's puppet and that is all. He is well trained and I am sure Ken is pleased with how he "sits" on command.

Joe has zero power and couldn't drain this down to 4 cents as you insist.
