The IR guy ( Mark ), before he got layed off as part of a cost savings, told me several months ago that the Quebec government refunds 1/2 of the money spent on exploration..

He thought it might happen in  the fall..

If that's true ZNR can repay the loan they just got and have money to start drilling...

I have no proof that this is factural...
