I don't understand the stated market cap

I don't understand the stated market cap

I thought that by forming this new company they would swap 20 AMC shares for 1 QMX share but when I look at the outstanding shares and market cap of QMX this does not seem to be the case. Is Stockhouse showing the outstanding shares and market cap  inaccurately?
