These almost down and out stocks can surprise. That's the Venture Exchange. As long as it's still listed, the stock remains in play.

 

Driven into bankruptcy probably not, as most debt is owned by close associates who rather wish to see the company succeed. If these people can be accommodated somehow, things will look better.

 

By the same token, Advantex shoud be near bankruptcy as they trade at 1/2 cent also, but they actually had a profit a few quarters ago and have over $11 million in gross revenue.
