RE: RE: A year ago Well, it should be grounds for banning. Had someone did the opposite and the picture was on its way down, the person surely would have been banned. Frankly, the pumping is considerably more harmful than bashing. Because of these ridiculous $30+ predictions, think how many laypersons were suckered into buying above $2. They are hurting badly right now, and you can see the diversity of posters on Agorcom has dwindled considerably. Many, many are angry at individuals like sculpin right now. They try to absolve themselves by saying it is up to each person to their own DD...(as a side note: the consensus idea of DD on that board is downright foolish, as they regurgitate old reports that are being superceded by recent drilling). Well, many people who don't invest or have experience investing their own money tend to follow the kind of junk posted there, and take it at face value. They get excited, caught up, and buy. There is direct responsibility as far as I am concerned. I know firsthand - a number of acquaintances of mine had purchased SLI at very high levels - I did manage to convinced one closer friend that there is no such thing as a sure thing, and that drill results will tell the story, and perhaps it is best to wait for some drills, rather than gamble ahead time, particularly with the inflated price due to hype. The market cap was so unjustified as to be ridiculous.
