I wonder if the Chinese and Russians would support such sanctions?Anyone know what their stance is re.UN supported action against Syria.....who's people are being massacred daily? 

Its interesting that investors who feel comfortable about investing in Ethiopia,despite potential conflict with Eritrea.....would feel scared to invest in Eritrea because of potential conflict with Ethiopia.
