You can go the to Sutts, Strosberg LLP website and click on Class Actions, then click on Armtec to read the latest news. From what I understand, they have won the "carriage" to carry forward as the sole law firm to proceed with the class action - however - that decision is still being appealed by Siskinds LLP.
