Yes...Jet....I think something is up too!! What I don't know...but I speculate

1.) Possible permits

2.) Working capital arrangements soon in place

3.) BIG...BIG deals in place with the Port Authority of Prince Rupert!

4.) More aggregate contracts!!

5.) HBK management ending relationship with MOAG

Just my opinions...but something has got to give sooner or later!! Hang in there HBK investors!
