Star Diamond Corporation is a Canada-based company engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties. Its primary asset is its 100% interest in the Fort a la Corne property, which is located in central Saskatchewan. Its Fort a La Corne Diamond Project includes Star and Orion South Kimberlites. These kimberlites are in close proximity to established infrastructure, including paved highways and the electrical power grid. The Star-Orion South Diamond Project is located within the Fort a la Corne diamond district of central Saskatchewan, Canada. These Fort a la Corne mineral dispositions are located in the Fort a la Corne Provincial Forest, approximately 60 kilometers (km) east of Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. It also holds a 100% interest in the Buffalo Hills Diamond Project, located approximately 400 kilometers northwest of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. The property covers a total of 21 mineral leases covering an area of approximately 4,800 hectares (ha).

Hi Crocky, 

Thanks for taking the time to post a re-cap of Brian's "speech" at the recent AGM.  I agree that Mr. Menell as chairperson is a good thing for shareholders.  Whether or not he actually does a good job or not will be answered over the next 2-3 years IMO.  One cannot help but be suspicious that this is just a calculated chess move that Ken and company have taken.

Two quick questions:

1.  Could the SGSA look into the possibility of getting future AGM's and Special meetings either video or audio taped and webcast????  Other companies do it and it is very helpful.  This would take some of the pressure off attendees in that they would not have to do a re-cap AND it avoids possible mistakes in these reports, etc. 

2.  Did you leave the mtg. In a hurry to buy more SGF paper at these awesome prices???
