That's just not true. Every Canadian company that's released a feasibility on a mining project in recent years gives after-tax NPV and after tax Internal Rate of Return calculations. That's standard practice.

Just google "after tax NPV feasibility study." You will see that's what every prospective miner does. Your numbers are meaningless without considering taxes and the 6% royalty.
