You have not understand my 3rd point properly, i am not saying that a significant or activist shareholder is a bad thing, what i am asking is since a company such as yellow media as an example have 3 or 4 different share classes or a complex share or capital structure, then from the perspective of an outside shareholder for example myself, how this shareholder can accumilate a significant shareholding of the company say something like 30% or even more than that and even a controling shareholding, then how this shareholder should do that since the different levels of share classes , because he might for example want a real 30% or even 50% shareholding and not just a 30% and no power in the capital structure and saying in the company since it might be that the preffered shares hold more sway and power, even if somebody holds 30% or 50% of the other class of shares, so is there a porblem to accumalte this level of shareholding and other than that do you think since you are alittle bit more acquainted with the company that it will not be welcomed from the company's board and that is why there is this share classes in the first place? as well please tell me about the same thing with regards to the other examples in the article , i mean also what is the capital structure of those companies and is it difficult to also gain a siginificant shareholding in them
