CanAsia Energy Corp. is a Canada-based junior oil and gas company. The Company is engaged in the exploration for, and the acquisition, development and production of, crude oil and natural gas reserves. The Company, through its subsidiary, Andora Energy Corporation, is focused on developing the bitumen resources at the Sawn Lake property using steam assisted gravity drainage (SAGD) development. If the DST3 well appraised at 1200 bpd from 20 meters of net pay, thenD2st3 should flow test at above 5000 bpd for its 65 m of net pay.

 

Is this a reasonable  calculation.

If it is, this would be the largest well in L53 by a wide margin.

 

Just googled Java gas fields and geological setting.

It is near the perfect setting for large gas and gas with oil discoveries.

 

Subang has 738 bct and very similar to the Jataya-1 discovery yesterday.

Gas prices and demand is much higher in Asia than here in North Aamerica where is the gas is mostly stranded.
