RE: warrants

RE: warrants

What do u mean 2 down 18 to go its 20 consecutive trading days CONSECUTIVE days with a CLOSE above $2 for the warrants to have their acceleration clause triggered. But if they hit on this well and they have what they think they have then a large number of them will get exercised when the share price takes off. If they have 250 million barrels with 60% to horn thats minimum $750 mill- $1 bill value to horn which should get the stock to $5 maybe $8-10 in short orfder which means the warrants are worth $4 minimum maybe $8. If all the warrants get exercised i think its another 50 million shares added to oustanding but don't think it would drop the price much. I think $5 will be a new support level if they bring in the 250 million barrels like they hope. ultimatley if thats the case then they will all be forced to exercise by no later than mid august and you have at least $50 million cash to drill more holes with.
