To jump in but they need help from a jv like TIM9LIVES states ...how much cash do they have ,,,5 million?They could very well reach a jv partnership but I think it could take a while but slow accumulation is what I would do if I was buying...I`d give DOD a look  they have 3 million in t-bills and only 55 million shares outstanding,with drill results and new property announcements coming I believe shortly.I also like ACG and DYG and SUV and PCP,I`m only buying juniors with cash and real strong upside..I still think the markets are far to bearish right now and oversold..I`m predicting a good summer and fall for stocks this year
