Upside either way.................................

Upside either way.................................

part of me wants to get a buyout at $7.50 to $8.00 range..take the money now...but...... as others have said it may be hard to find a buyer willing to step up now and think about the future potential that WFE assets would add to their company...the prevailing feeling is that strategic alternatives search is going to be halted and they may wait until end of July so that July 20 is 4 months and then report quarterly results at end of July with possible dividend.....the other part of me is fine with no buyout because I know the stock will be worth more 3 years from now with exploration success and cashflow growth....its probably a win win either way...

I think of it this way...if you bought your house for $100000 ($4) and now its worth $200000 ($8) and you put it on the market for interested buyers and you got an offer of $150000 ($6) or even $175000 ($7)...would you sell your house?...probably not...you would hold onto your $200000 house and let is appreciate over time to be worth $300000 ($12)...you would wait until the right buyer came along or the market conditions improved...likely WFE will end up doing the same...just my opinon...BB28
