I think we all missed the NR where they mention PDQ is now a "paint-drying-observation stock".  That is, they carefully assess the condition changes in drying paint while waiting for environmental permits on blocks which have drilling ALL around them. 

NR#1:  Awaiting environmental permits to apply paint to walls.

NR#2:  Still waiting.

NR#3:  Should be soon.

NR#4:  Anytime now we will be applying paint, after which we will watch it dry.

NR#5:  Wait, we are an oil company.  Too late, gonna have to paint.

anyone else for some appropriate news releases for the new and improved PDQ?
