Thanks andyran! You said, I think your numbers are reasonable, but 10 tips per day seems a lot to me honestly.

 I think they are Ultra conservative and we still get a $ 1.20/share.  10 tips a day, means 10 patients a day.  I am sure most dermatologists see more than 10 patients a day.  Also as someone elluded to, if these devices go into Skin Clinics, 10 tips per day  is very low.  If the derms are sharing the equipment, then 10 tips is very low.

From what I know, in Canada the Clarion Medical will handle the financing of the units.  Supposedly Verisante will receive cash for each unit sold. I believe margins will only improve over time but for now I see the margins in the order of 25 to 35%.

FYI, Zacks has a 1 yr target of $2.60 and an outperform rating.
