What does Dallas Droppo know that we don't know?  Will Wade be next? 

Directors awarded themselves 375,000 options w/ $1.04 exercise price in May, and Wade feathered his bed with 2,750,000 options for overtly withholding the dividend news until the day of the AGM.

I guess we need to consider a list of current insider options to figure out how many will sell some stock now to execise cheaper options in time to start collecting the dividends. 

Insider sells usually do cause the price to droppo; we should expect that cheap options exercises will start being announced soon as well.
