So let's see... They are issuing an additional 25MM shares (38.5MM instead of 13.5MM) in lieu of paying $2MM cash.  This results in a deemed price of
.08 per share.  Not sure how they will get a fairness opinion approving a value below 52 week low.  In any event, I'm taking my loss and chalking this up to hard lessons.  Very shady indeed.
