Cline big buyer...what's up with that?

The only think about Cline I do not understand is why someone through Morgan Stanley would be such a big buyer, especially today. Thoughts? I am convinced Cline is out of cash now, and will have to dilute just to survive and as many have predicted....a price much less than where we are now. Management should walk the plank.
