When did ethics go out the window

When did ethics go out the window

Yeah I'm p* * ssed with the rest of you.  I lost a few thousand but I will rise to fight another day.  What I don't get is what happens to the ethics and morals of directors and executives of companies.  At what stage do they become liars and cheats.  Who was it that got up a couple of weeks ago at the AGM and pledged to buy $150000 of CMK stock.  How he could say such a thing when it was probably his decision to shut er down and the share price would tank.  He must have known that if he bought he was going to take a big hair. If he actually bought then he knows something the rest of us don't or he is totally out of his mind.  How could he come out and mislead a roomful of shareholders into thinking he was putting his own skin on the line when he knew he had no intention of doing such a thing.

All comments welcome especially those who were in attendance at the meeting.
