Perhaps you should do more dd and see whether or not management and the other(many) institutional shareholder's would think.....

You do know about "poison pills" should there be any thoughts that it may be needed...as an option?

Check out the CEO and his banking/investment,engineering/mining etc etc background.....makes me feel all warm and fuzzy.
