The San Felipe silver-zinc-lead project is located in Sonora, Mexico.

Sandy you come from the RX board as a cheerleader for the merge, but your arguments are not strong enough.  A few days ago you posted:

"My point is that there are uncertainties about the positions of both companies.  A few years from now we will be able to look back and it will be more clear which company did better in the deal, but right now no one knows."

So basically you are asking us to roll the dices and cross fingers, but let me remind you that is USA the one that have the cash and no debt and is producing, all you gut at RX is a low grade asset flooded with toxic waters, with no support from the surrouding communities and with financial liablilites, I dont neeed to wait a few years to see who is winning here, let me give you a hint....it is not US Silver
