Near as I can tell from the Stockhouse numbers, there are 858,000 shares of Compliance sitting there to be had at 10 cents, and no suckers are rising to take any of them. That doesn't indicate any confidence. All those shares represent a loss to whomever holds them. Oh, unless they were obtained through options or warrants or stock-in-lieu or something - suggesting its folks close to the company who have lost faith. Add the 450,000 or so that were sold yesterday and today and you've got a significant disaffection.
