3 yrs to get to .50 ?

3 yrs to get to .50 ?

We should be over .50 a lot sooner than 3 yrs.  The DFS might move the price but will be dependent on being able to finance $ 150 mill.    If GH & the board have planned for this greater financing need when they changed the  plan to the develop the more expensive FTZ first instead of the less expensive NZ and using the proceeds to finance  the FTZ, the project should move quickly and shovels in the ground should move the price well over .50 in under a year.   I would expect production would  take it past 1.00 easily.

Caveats in this would be: How much dilution might we expect in financing this and how will that affect share price ? Has the board got a financing plan ?  Will GH come through with their commitment ?

Any excessive dilution, further delays, the delay we have experienced because of the change in development plan and the need for additional financing to develop the FTZ first are all issues which are not in the interest of minority shareholders and might form the basis of a shareholder oppression action if this board & management don't get this moving in a timely manor.
