Can anyone explain what SH is saying about the consequences of a delay of the announcement of a partner during the audio webcast of the AGM (please see website of WZR; around min.19 and 50 seconds).

Is he confirming there that a delay will result in a capital increase or did i misunderstood it? my English is very bad..

Hopefully things can change in a very positive way for WZR shareholders, starting next week.
