Oullins - Put me down for 12/21/2012 at 10PM PST.

My guess is the Ex-Div Date for our second $.05 divvy assuming you need to buy about three trading days (taking into account holidays) before last Friday in December.

Hopefully the second divvy will be more than $.05 becuase AGIP gives us a capacity increase!
