John has stopped buying

John has stopped buying

After what, 3-4 months of almost daily purchases on the open market, it has been almost a month since his last.  Any thoughts by more knowledgeable folks then me (that is pretty much everyone).  Should we be expecting good news soon, which is why he stopped?  I don't know all the fine points of insider trading, but with daily purchases for so long, I would think that should exempt him from being accused of "Capitalizing" on prior knowledge of something positive.  Or is he perhaps just at his total share goal.  All I know, without his apparent propping the price up, we have drifted steadily down to perhaps a more honest share price (sadly, as I have a small position at .38).
