They had 109.8 million shares at the start of the year.  They now have about 108 million shares. 

They've received 2.63 million shares through the drip until the June payment.  They likely received another 750,000 shares for the July payment and therefore have received a total of 3.4 million shares.  They've sold 5.5 million, so a net reduction of 2 million shares.

I would point out that they've increased their Petro bakken stake to 1.08 shares per Petro bank share.  So if you like Petro bakken - you can get an extra 8% more shares for less than free by buying Petro bank instead.  This will increase to 1.11 Petro bakken shares / Petro bank share by the end of this year, excluding any additional buy back / selling (which would only increase the ratio further).
