Takeover delay I've been out of UMJ since the NKL PEA came out so I haven't kept up with it. Just wondering what the reason was for the month delay on the takeover? Did UMJ get something out of it? It certainly doesn't look like UMJ shareholders got anything out of it. I am shocked and amazed that the NKL takeover is going to take place with almost a zero premium to where UMJ was trading before the announcement.
