bocaman, you are misinformed.  CEC does not need money for their 2012 plans.

 

They have budgeted enough through the January cash call for the Raven expenses for 2012, and I don't see any further drilling on their properties to warrant a financing.

 

It is what it is for the moment, and since there is no short term newsflow, there is weakness in share price.

 

Will the price move higher once the seller is taken out or changes his mind on selling?  Eventually, things will take care of themselves and if CEC becomes a miner, then the seller will be happy to have held instead of selling out, IMO.  atb
